Dr. Sushma Umrao is Lab Director and Consultant Clinical Pathologist at Lifecore Clinic, The Royal Group's premier VVIP facility for advanced health optimisation and longevity care in Abu Dhabi.
Having joined Lifecore in 2021 with more than eighteen years of specialist experience, Dr. Sushma brings a rare blend of diagnostic precision and quality leadership to the foundation of every patient's care.

Dr. Sushma completed her MBBS and MD in Pathology at Mumbai University and brings over eighteen years of specialist experience in clinical pathology and diagnostic medicine. She serves as a College of American Pathologists Team Leader and Inspector, is an Internal Auditor for ISO 15189 and OSHMS, and as a Six Sigma Green Belt embeds continuous quality improvement throughout the laboratory.

As Lab Director, Dr. Sushma has been central to developing Lifecore's diagnostic ecosystem, designed to support the clinic's mission of preventive, precision and longevity-driven care. Under her leadership, the laboratory delivers advanced services across genomics and pharmacogenomics, mass spectrometry, HPLC, flow cytometry, haematology, biochemistry, immunology, microbiology and point-of-care testing.
